Yuichi was born as the first son after Mizushima's first daughter, Yura. With a year gape between their age, both became so attached to each other; Yuichi was a timid boy while his sister was the tough one. They completed each other, they kept each other's feelings—they were the perfect siblings everyone dreamed to have.
One unexpected day, when little Yuichi was asleep while watching comedy show with father, he felt burnt; no fire, just too much sweats. He woke up to find himself sleep under kotatsu and he couldn't hear any sound. Not even the show on television he was watching. Who could expected what he saw at the moment?
His father was covered with blood.
Screamed, was all he did. Trembled, he crawled out from the table, finding his mother. And nobody had guarantee that she would be luckier: mother too, had died.
He cried, he screamed, neighbors came but Yuichi was too scared to face anybody. So he ran away, with his wobbly feet, with his vision that still full with the image of his parents.
There was a thing he forgot: Yura. He couldn't find his sister anywhere inside the bloody-house of them, and he couldn't bear with the mental-torture.
He left, considering that Yura was dead just like father and mother.
Years later, while planning about what to do after his graduation, Yuichi wandered with his step-father. A group of soldiers walked pass them and Yuichi was attracted to the view. He watched them marched, on their way to some place he didn't even bother to ask. That time heard it, that name, Yura.
His sister.
Quickly, he turned his head to check who will answer the call, and it was a female, with dark long hair, and beautiful face.
It was her.
It was Yura.
But pointless for Yuichi to call for her through the crowd. Instead of chasing her, Yuichi asked to his step-father. “Where are those soldiers belong to?”
“They are Wynegard's.”
If you expect him to run after his sister to Wynegard, it's 100% correct. He is now in the town, still waiting for the time for him to greet his sister.
